Through the Estivales De Volley, The welcoming municipalities provide free ground for camping.

At many players request, to access the free campsites this year you must make a reservation with the AVB (Armor Volley-Ball) on its website (estivalesdevolley.fr).

For each tent, a responsible ADULT person shall indicate its coordinates. These details will only be used in this context.

This procedure is established to empower the occupants of the campsite. And you are responsible for noise or degradation around your site (including waste remaining after your departure).

Each tent shall appoint a liable manager among its occupants and have its own number (a "group of tents" with a single number will not be accepted).

Upon arrival at the Estivales, each manager shall, with an identity document, get a badge with this number and set it visibly on the tent.

In case of late arrival, submit a copy of the confirmation email with the number of tent to the security officer, you will get your badge the next day at the tournament's registration.

When controls at campsite, each occupant must be able to give its number of tent and the name of the responsible person associated (these tests will be conducted by the Mayor services, the AVB, or the Police).

All facilities without this badge will likely be dismantled and their occupants "evicted" from the campsite.

By accessing the Estivales's free camps, you agree to be completely silent at night, to respect the places and neighborhoods, and to make the place left clean (garbage in containers). Your personal responsibility is engaged.
